Terms of Service

Product Delivery

We will deliver the exact item ordered from our company. If the item is damaged during delivery by our company, we will replace it with the same item.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. For KOKO payments, the customer must complete the first payment to confirm the order. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation where applicable.

Delivery Time

After the customer completes the payment, we will deliver the purchased item within 3–5 days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the item within 7 days of receiving it, and the item is unused and undamaged, you may return it. You will receive an exchange product of equal value. No cash refunds or KOKO payment refunds will be issued.

Damage & Repairs (Teak & Melamine Products)

If any damage or defect is found, customers must inform our company. After inspection, our company will repair the item. Repair timelines: Within 50 km – 1–2 weeks, Beyond 50 km – up to 1 month.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Damages caused after delivery due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling are not covered.

Product Images & Appearance

Product images on the website are for reference only. Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur.

Pricing & Availability

Prices may change without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
